[Scan-DC] PGFD Freq

Hi,

Saw the Q&A about the new channel line up. Looks like it will stay this way until a new radio system is purchased (never). They have doing some "south side upgrades" on Ch-1 because in the Oxon Hill area the transmit power was very low. The channel line up happened much earlier  than expected.
