[Scan-DC] 121.5 emer/guard channel

Heard traffic Raleigh/Durham in contact with Coast guard acft @ 34,000 over 
Pulaski vortex trying to determine origin of acft calling on 121.5   Coast 
guard stated it was 351 degrees from Pulaski vortex  signal lost by coast 
guard acft when he was 30 miles north of vortex and at 28,000 feet.  Aircraft 
may  be trying to get to airport at Bluefield so far no all clear as yet   
commercial acft also listening and says neg contact at this time
