Thanks for this report.

For the record, that's "Pulaski VORTAC."  "VORTAC" is a navigational aid
whose name is a concatenation of VOR (VHF Omni-directional Range) and
"TACAN" (a tactical air navigation system developed for the military.

Having just returned from Sedona, AZ where there's an "energy vortex"
around every rock and crevasse, I'm a little sensitive right now.
