[Scan-DC] snowplows, Montgomery county

  According to my snowplows file, both Montgomery and Prince George's use
the same frequency 47.2 pl=94.8.  I can confirm 47.2 active, as I work in
PG county and hear traffic on there quite frequently.  Of course, 47.32
remains statewide/EOC, and should also be kept handy.

  In addition, it might pay to listen to the Transportation Mgmt Center on
150.995 pl=156.7.  I have a listing for Gaithersburg's plows on simplex
156.24 pl=77.0; but as it's simplex, it might be kinda tough to hear.  
  Finally, another simplex freq for M-NPPC is 151.34 pl=118.8.  This is
nominally park operations, but as I understand it, snowplows have been
reported here.  I'll have to add the govt 2 channel as a previous poster
has noted.

  Of course, the TMC, Gaithersburg and Park operations might be swallowed
up by the new Montgomery 800 system; as always, more information is needed.
