On the radio this morning they were talking about how well DC had done in getting their tracking of school absences, presriptions filled, and hospital admissions to see if there were patterns indicative of germ, biological, or other warfare. They went on to say how all the local hospitals were tied together via a "radio mutual aid system". Does anyone have the freq for this?
