If you have a Vertex radio with encryption tro to descramble that. If that
doesnt work they could be using another like SSB.USB,LSB or even AM which is
very unlikely.

461.725 [110.9] used to be Yellow Cab of Springfield.  Yesterday (and on
previous occasions) I now hear the very old fashioned (20 years ago?)
"Donald Duck" type voice inversion on it even though they Yellow Cab also
operate en clar on 462.2 [110.9]

Could this still be them?  Are they that concerned that someone will steal
their fares?
