[Scan-DC] 461.725

[Willard Hardman]

461.725 [110.9] used to be Yellow Cab of Springfield.  Yesterday (and on =
previous occasions) I now hear the very old fashioned (20 years ago?) =
"Donald Duck" type voice inversion on it even though they Yellow Cab =
also operate en clar on 462.2 [110.9]

Could this still be them?  Are they that concerned that someone will =
steal their fares?
