Hi Hardman,

There are several freeware software programs out there that will allow you
to "uninvert" the old voice inversion (if you want to ID this user) via your
computer's sound card.  You may want to do a net search for something like
"VoiceInvert", "Descrambler", or "Speech Inverter".

461.725 [110.9] used to be Yellow Cab of Springfield.  Yesterday (and on
previous occasions) I now hear the very old fashioned (20 years ago?)
"Donald Duck" type voice inversion on it even though they Yellow Cab also
operate en clar on 462.2 [110.9]

Could this still be them?  Are they that concerned that someone will steal
their fares?
