At 0915 EST, CG Activities Baltimore (156.8 & 157.1) is broadcasting an 
Urgent Marine Information Bulletin for the sighting of two red flares in the 
vicinity of Fishing Bay in Dorchester County.

Activities is asking for all vessels to keep a sharp lookout and report and 
information to the CG.
