Judging by the transmissions, I am convinced that this is the ANG Readiness 
Center, Police Operations.  Some of the evidence I heard mentioned were of 
Arlington Hall Installation decals,  Parking Garages (I believe there are two 
there), Main Gate, South West Gate, Front Gate, and MP's (which I believe 
have been assigned there after events of 9/11). 

Anyone have any other information/observations?
