[Scan-DC] Balto. Light Rail update

Thanks to the guys who gave info on Baltimore's Light Rail (LR) frequencies.  
I am in "digest mode" on the List right now, so I am a day behind.  I will 
give those frequencies a try.  If anybody wants a quick update of LR trunking 
system contact me off-List.  I asked three different guys about the status of 
the project and got three different answers.  It's too complicated and would 
take too much space on the List.  Thanks again for those frequencies!
