[Scan-DC] Shoutcast and other things...

  Folks, with Alan's kind indulgence, I've made a small change to the CHM
Marylan page at:

  In the online audio section, I've added a link for the Shoutcast
scanners- more specifically, to enable people to find the Baltimore city
TRS rebroadcast.  A cautionary note or two is in order, tho- the position
of the link in the pages seems to change day by day, or even more often.
For example yesterday it was the 6th link on the first page, today it's the
7th.  So be sure to look around before giving up.  
  The other is that there is a max limit of connections- I think it's 32,
so be aware...

  I've also fixed the link for the St Mary's online audio and added a
selection that may interest you Trunker users out there; A.Long has put a
server up that has many Trunker files for Maryland agencies.  If this is
well received, I'll replicate the link for the other region's pages
(probably with the release of the 250D; I'll have to change the preamble on
all 4 pages....:.))

  Everyone enjoy the New Years, and don't do too awful many of those 16
oz.arm curls- you know the ones I mean, the ones that leave you feeling
