[Scan-DC] Calvert County - DC question

After a decade or so of city living, I about to move to Calvert 
County (Chesapeake Beach) in a week or so and was wondering about 
scanning out there.

While I know the crime of the country is not quite as exciting as say 
a riot in DC, what I'm really curious about is the range of DCFD's 
dispatch simulcast and whether I can still hear it out there.  At 
present, PenguinRadio is currently streaming DCFD on the Internet 
from of my house in Georgetown but I won't be able to continue if I 
can't hear the signal out at the beach.  We have about 100-200 people 
listen in daily from around the world so I'd hate to drop the signal.

Anyone from out Calvert County way have any luck with DCFD or any of 
the DC Police freqs?
