Ya, I am sure those CAPs are back on.  I saw two F-16s flying over my house
this afternoon, and this evening I saw one more F-16 tailgating a plane.  It
stayed behind the plane for a few moments, then broke left and continued on
its own.

All,

1. Earlier this afternoon (Fri) Cobra 72 (OC-135, Wright-Patterson AFB)
landed at Andrews. This Open Skies Treaty aircraft passed through Andrews
last week on it's way home from a European mission.  It looks like it may be
headed back that way soon.

2. Looks like the DC CAPs are back on. Probably will be in some form or
other
until the 9/11 memorials are over with.
