All,

1. Earlier this afternoon (Fri) Cobra 72 (OC-135, Wright-Patterson AFB) 
landed at Andrews. This Open Skies Treaty aircraft passed through Andrews 
last week on it's way home from a European mission.  It looks like it may be 
headed back that way soon.

2. Looks like the DC CAPs are back on. Probably will be in some form or other 
until the 9/11 memorials are over with.
