[Scan-DC] metrorail / R.R. national airport

Oh, but I would however be careful about carrying a scanner into an airport.  
I can pretty much guarantee they will freak-out about it.  Eventually they 
will let you go on your way because there is nothing against the law about it 
 (except once you are in flight).  But I would guess that they would probably 
delay you with "questioning" if they see a guy listening to "a radio of some 
sort".  If it were me, I would probably place my scanner in my bag after 
leaving the subway car.  But then again, expect some grief at the x-ray 
machine.  Hey! You're not of middle-eastern descent are you? <laugh>
