[Scan-DC] metrorail / R.R. national airport

I wouldn't imagine there are any laws against listening to a scanner while on 
a subway car.  But I wouldn't expect much reception besides Metro's own 
frequencies while underground.  They do have a repeater system relayed 
throughout all the subway lines so that they can communicate to one another.  
Here's some of their freqs:

Metrorail:   160.2600   Red Line
Metrorail:   160.3800   Blue & Orange
Metrorail:   160.6200   Green & Yellow 

WMATA Police Department:   161.3850   (Transit Cops)
