[Scan-DC] metrorail / R.R. national airport

Hello group
I am taking the metrorail to Ronald Regan national airport and I need
frequencies to monitor. Do any of you know if a scanner can pick up
signals while in the metro tunnels? Also, just to make sure is there
anything preventing me from monitoring my scanner while in the airport?
With all the new airport regulations I want to be sure I'm not breaking
any laws. Anyway frequencies for metrorail and national airport are what
I'm looking for.Thanks in advance
