[Scan-DC] FBI Ops on I-95

All,

For most of the afternoon I've been hearing intermittent comms in the clear 
on 167.5625 (PL 167.9). It sounds like a mobile unit is following a suspect 
vehicle on I-95.  Heard them coming up to exit 76. Not sure but could be the 
exit up near Perryville, north of Baltimore.

Comms are loud and clear but the speaker keeps passing his reports to 
Washington, so maybe I've got the wrong location.
