[Scan-DC] DEA Air Ops in DC area, 15 Feb 02

All,

Today in the 1300 hour (EST) caught an aircraft (no callsign noted) working a 
ground unit on 418.675. 

The aircraft was complaining that the turbulence was making it very difficult 
for them to maintain their orbit and do surveillance. The aircraft informed 
the ground unit that they would land for awhile and see if the winds 
decreased.

There were no clues as to what area he was working in or which airport he was 
from.
