[SADXA] 3D2RRR--Rotuma/Fiji

Except they booted me on the first call on their frequency.  Also I did "start 
over" several times on several different frequencies.  That's what I meant by 
"fruitless."  Fortunately I don't care.  I have Rotuma confirmed on RTTY on 
three bands.
