[SADXA] 3D2RRR--Rotuma/Fiji

It looks like they're using two different software programs, WSJT-X (in
both simplex and Fox and Hound mode) and MSHV.  Each of these requires a
different response sequence on our side.  There's no easy way for us to
know which one they're using except by observing the QSO exchanges and
then trying and failing until the correct match is found.  That process
is burning up everybody's time, even under low QRM and strong signal
conditions.

I've supposedly worked them on seven bands right now.  However I'm sure
that several of these "QSOs" never made it into the 3D2RRR logbook.
Without an on line log as a reference there is no way to check on what's
there and what's not.  Fortunately I already have Rotuma confirmed on
eight bands already.  I'm hoping that they'll get on 160m and I have a
chance at getting a new one on that band.  If so I'll be extra careful
on that QSO exchange sequence.
