[SADXA] 3D2RRR--Rotuma/Fiji

When 3D2RRR pulled your transmitter over to one of their transmit
frequencies that was the sign that they decoded your signal and that you
were at the top of one of their queues.  When after three tries your
transmitter was kicked up in frequency about 300 Hz, that's the sign
that their F&H module has given up on your QSO.  They couldn't hear your
reply, even though you were supposedly away from the QRM.  From that
point on their software will ignore all of your "R-12" calls. The only
way to get the attention of the Fox software is to start from the
beginning again (with "3D2RRR N7WS DM42") somewhere above the 1000 Hz
delta mark.

I've been observing their pileups and have seen a lot of QSOs being
disrupted by third parties on simplex calling 3D2RRR on their TX/RX data
streams.  These guys run a lot of power but never get through.  However
they do a really good job of jamming the finish of other people's
contacts.  I'm pretty sure that's what happened to your 12m QSO.
