I moved up to 15 M because the 20M slot was all JA's with an occasional 
5 or 9 lander thrown in for

whatever.  I called and called, finally at 4:18 he came back to me.  We 
had + signals both ways but for

some reason he couldn't, nor could i finish the QSO with RR73. Then he 
went on working other JA's

and 6 land stations.  I noticed also that he had trouble with K6MM and a 
couple other stations, 3

exchanges with no RR73.   Can't believe it's a software problem. FT8 F/H 
mode.

Makes me think that it may have been some path distortions or at least

path problems.  Had this problem with another Pacific problem a couple 
years ago, he couldn't

decode me in F/H mode but no problem working other DX in same mode.  
Maybe i just had a lousey

signal!

20M is still far east only so i'll not waste my time calling, besides 
his signal is way down

in the -(minus) numbers.  Looks like i'll miss another one as i leave 
town tomorrow for a couple weeks.
