I worked him last night about 0200Z on 20 CW. Took one call. I worked him this
morning on 40 SSB @1320Z. Really tough to hear him. My powerline noise is the
worst I've ever heard at this QTH in 25 years. The usually ineffective K3 noise
blanker is actually doing some good. The good news is I'm on Trico and not TEP
and Dave is already on it.
Maybe they will go back to CW and you can work them. FT8 is waste of time.
