I've been plagued with S9 powerline noise on 20m (+20dB on 15) but have managed 
to eek out a few DX Qs on CW.

C21WW resorted to wasting time on 20m FT8, working almost all JAs, while USA 
guys gnashed their teeth (including some local suspects---I know who you are).  
I called from time to time as I went about other things.   At one point I left 
the room but left "Enable TX" active, knowing that it would time out as it's 
done all afternoon.

I got caught up in other things and came back to the shack about 15 minutes 
later and JTAlert was prompting me to log my QSO with C21WW!  So I logged it, 
since that seems to be how the game is played on this mode, but I don't claim 
FT8 Qs on my DXCC anyway, so my conscience is clear.
