I have felt that I have Cox email issues, but for longer than just since
March 1st. I can't pinpoint any definitive issues with certain systems,
except that there are certain things to which I am subscribed that have not
been received, even though I have repeatedly gone back to confirm that I am
indeed subscribed! It does not appear to be a matter of things just going
to my Junk folder either. I did call Cox once about it, but they claimed
they knew of no reason for the problem, and said the problem must be with
the sender. I doubt it!!!

Subject: [SADXA] Cox email service fault
If you are a Cox email customers some of your emails may not be getting
to where they are supposed to. This seems to be a problem with Cox
customers who use a client email program to do their email on. I know of
at least 15 people who are having a problem with their emails not
getting to some folks but not all. The problem seems to be random as to
who doesn't get them. When the email does not get delivered there is no
notice to the sender it didn't get delivered.
The problem is not being addressed by Cox because they say say they sent
it out, and if yours goes thru via Webmail then its proof its not their
problem. Checking with the receiving service on one case they assured us
they did not get it so the problem is not them. So no one is working on it.
So bottom line is if someone is not responding to your email maybe it
did not get there. Best keep your eyes open for this. It all started
March 1 when Cox would not take any email because of a system wide
outage of outgoing email.
