[SADXA] Cox email service fault

I can confirm problems with Cox, starting about that time. My wife uses Cox's webmail interface and it has been hit or miss (mostly miss) getting emails sent to my Yahoo! account. Test messages sent through my ARRL address and n7fg.net domain appear to have no problems. Obviously, she's not sure of what other addesses/systems haven't received her mail.

So bottom line is if someone is not responding to your email maybe it
did not get there. Best keep your eyes open for this. It all started
March 1 when Cox would not take any email because of a system wide
outage of outgoing email.
