[SADXA] Cox email service fault

Well the issue appears to be system wide as I know of many in CA who
have the problem, and a growing bunch in AZ. The problem is folks don't
know they have it because they get no notice the email has not been
delivered. The person that is supposed to receive it doesn't even know
it was sent to them. So no one reports the problem.

Cox tries their best to avoid dealing with problems and works hard at
finding an answer they can hang their hat on rather then deal with the
problem. I would guess several within SADXA have the problem but they
have not stopped to think about not getting an answer from someone they
emailed, thinking the person just forgot or has not got around to it. So
it goes unnoticed and unreported.

Cox's comment that they can not think of a reason for that happening
would indicated they have no intention of looking into it. If they could
think of a reason I would hope they would have fixed it. I submit the
problem came about when they fixed the no outgoing mail problem the
beginning of the month.

A great example of the problem is I have emailed Wes, N6WS, several
times this month, with various methods and none of the email have gotten
to him.

So the bottom issue here to the SADXA crowd, on Cox, pay attention to
this as not all your email is being delivered, you just don't know it.
