[SADXA] January elections

As I said in an earlier message I didn't see a problem.  If "the other club" is 
OVARC, then their bylaws seem to be closely guarded secret, since I searched 
their website without finding them.

Apparently, our candidates were unaware of the conflicts, since they didn't 
raise objection to being nominated and elected.  Since our election was 
1/19/2017 and theirs was 1/20/2017, I think they need to sort it out with OVARC.
