[SADXA] January elections

The problem with the election is not related to SADXA's bylaws but with 
those of another club's.  Our election was valid according to the SADXA 
Constitution.  But it turns out that some other radio club bylaws don't 
allow officers to hold office in more than one organization at a time, 
whereas our constitution is silent regarding this matter.  Steve and 
Carl, being active people, are also officers in another radio club.  
Personally I don't see the problem with this and as far as I'm 
concerned, Steve and Carl are our new President and Vice President.  But 
they may have problems at their other club, and it is possible that they 
might not be free to be SADXA officers.

The old and new officers are sorting out this situation.  I'm sure that 
this subject will occupy everyone's thoughts at our February's meeting.  
Meanwhile it will provide outgoing and incoming SADXA officers with an 
excuse to share some conversation and a cup of coffee together.
