If each organization on the planet worried about whether its constitution, laws, and bylaws were consistent with every other organization's constitutions, laws, and bylaws, we would go nuts. As far as SADXA is concerned, this is not our organization problem. It should not waste our association' time.

But it turns out that some other radio club bylaws don't allow officers to hold office in more than one organization at a time, whereas our constitution is silent regarding this matter. Steve and Carl, being active people, are also officers in another radio club. Personally I don't see the problem with this and as far as I'm concerned, Steve and Carl are our new President and Vice President. But they may have problems at their other club, and it is possible that they might not be free to be SADXA officers.
