[SADXA] qsl cards

Not sure what it's like today, but there was a time that having "Yankee Dollars" could
get you thrown into jail in some countries.
IRC's are the best bet, but don't pay the long price at the Post Office. There are a lot
of QSL Managers out there who sell the new ones at a discount. 
You might want to subscribe to the DX Reflector, asking there will get you a response.
