[SADXA] qsl cards

Yep.... I'm using LOTW, and was able to trim the number of cards to 7 for
the WAS award. The big problem is that of the 72 DXCC stations that I've
worked, 26 have responded via LOTW.
I have some cards from places that don't use LOTW.
So the idea is to send out a bunch of cards to all those who avoid the
modern wonders of the Internet...
Anyone know what methods get the highest number of returns for DXCC cards ?
Is Direct better than Bureau, are green stamps better than IRC's ?
