I agree on the need for a comments field and a single PL. If we can return to 141.3 that's even better since our friend is going to be busy with his latest shenagans.

However, I think changing PL is a big problem if you really want people to use the repeater.  For many its not a simple change, especially when its a split.  Did we ever find out where the conflict on 141.3 was coming from?
