[RVRC] Tech Committee survey request

Great idea to use the survey form.  Please also include a box for comments, because some things are not clearly yes or no answers.  In this case, I would want to know more about the options - granted I never come to meetings, so its my own fault for being out of the loop.  However, I think changing PL is a big problem if you really want people to use the repeater.  For many its not a simple change, especially when its a split.  Did we ever find out where the conflict on 141.3 was coming from?
