[RRDXA] Customs reference number for ham equipment

HNY 2009!

Last November I wantet to buy a new balun for my KT36xa from m2. The 
invoice showed 129 USD for the balun and 135 USD for UPS.
M2 wrote "they will not send anything befor i agree with the shipping 
costs and  noway- they dont sent via parcel post".
Surely i canceld the order. Avoid UPS!
