I'd say the opposite.

UPS Shipping of a K3 from W6 to ON = 48hrs door-to-door.

USPS (post) shipping of a KRX3 in backorder:
   W6 - Brussels Customs = 48hrs (tracable via internet, then tracing 
disappears when arraving in:)
   Brussels Customs - ON5ZO = 3 weeks = 21 days

Shipping cost RELATIVELY to the size of the box and the value of the content 
are about the same.
But the ssllloooooowww Belgian parcel service adds 25 Euro 'processing 
cost', maybe to keep my box warm during these 3 weeks that it's collecting 
dust in their warehouse? That 25 Euro is RELATIVELY more for a small box 
than what UPS charges for ultra fast delivery and continuous tracking.

Belgian customs are not my friends. UPS seems to get along better with those 
paper loving bureaucrats.
