Maybe there will be an increase in travelling to Belgium in the future especially by HAMs with lot of mail business,hi!

Ouch! That's 0,80 Euro in Belgium for a standard envelope sent to outside-EU (JA, USA ,VK etc).
And we thought life here is expensive!

You should set up a deal with a ham living close to the border; send all your DX mail there and he/she can mail it from an ON post office with a % 
commission   ;o)
