Tarifs may be cheaper but... don't come here with / for IRC's. I live in a 
small village where the Post Office doesn't know what an IRC is 
(litterally!!!): if you ask for one, they want to know what it is. If you 
give one, they want to know what to do with it.
But I can't blame them: www.depost.be in 3 languages (NL/FR/EN) doesn't know 
about it either.
