[Rover] Yaesu FT-847

We use the 847 as our primary rig and it's been great.  Biggest advantage is
that most all the controls you need are on the front panel vs. on menus
hidden x-layers deep.  Biggest disadvantages for us have been size and lack
of individual power control for each band.  This is a pain when some of your
amps don't like 50 watts.

Also, Jim was mistaken about the individual band control signals.  There's 4
individual PTT outputs for HF, 50, 144, 432.  This is nice for controlling
external amps.
