[R-390] Survey to Consider Moving R-390 Mail List to Groups.IO

Well said, Dave.

As a long time member, It doesn't matter to me.

I no longer own any of the R-390 series or any vacuum receivers save for a 1940 RCA Console.

All of my remaining receivers or transceivers are solid state, an Icom 756 Pro III and Racal 6790 with all the bells and whistles.

I'm 82, most of the old-time regulars have seemed to have disappeared or have passed away. I keep subscribed to the list for the occasional
interesting post.

There is very little to listen to shortwave wise even though I can hear BBC via long path most mornings. Ham nets and if one is interested military frequencies.

I've been retired for over 18 years and seldom post anymore, just lurking like many others.
