[R-390] Survey to Consider Moving R-390 Mail List to Groups.IO

I vote NO change for the following reasons:

- Traffic on the group has been very light for the past few years. Most of
what needed to be discussed has been said, just not everyone has said it
yet.

- Let's face it: the group largely consists older persons who won't be
around much longer. If Interest was increasing, a change to a modern list
service would be more justified.

- Someone has to collect and pay the $250 groups.io fee each year, a
thankless task. If each of the 500+ current subscribers gave $5 today, that
would cover the groups.io fee for 10 years. That's not gonna happen. I
doubt that 10% would pony up. Priorities change when people have to
actually pay, even a nominal amount.

- Conversions always result in confusion for some. I anticipate plenty of
unnecessary traffic about dealing the change.

- I subscribe to multiple qth.net groups and contribute $$ each year to
support them. I don't have a problem with how the reflector operates.

Yes, I'm a grumpy old guy but I ask you to consider my points and argue
them if you disagree.
