[R-390] Cam alignment

I'm not completely sure I'm following your question, but the detent 
position only changes with the MC change knob's rotation so at 7.000+ 
MC, the spring should still be in one of the detents regardless of the 
rotation of the KC change knob.

Again, I might be misunderstanding the question.
