.062/.065 is probably a tolerance as the parts list is for a mil-spec
MS171434 cylindrical 3/8 x 1/16 slotted pin

You should be able to drive it out with Kroil and a 1/16 roll pin punch.
It is a good day -- I learned something new - roll pin punches vs. pin
punches
found in a machinist forum on line -
"Roll pin punches are just like pin punches, but have a small projection on
the center of the end to keep them from sliding off the end of the pin and
are a couple of thousandths smaller than the nominal pin size so they will
not bind in the hole."

My motto - "It is a damn poor job that doesn't require at least one new
tool."
-------------------
Slotted Spring Pin 1/16" x 3/8" Standard Duty 410/420 Stainless Steel
Passivated MS171434
• 410/420 are both martensitic stainless steel with moderate chromium
contents of 11.5 to 13.5% and 12 to 14%, and carbon levels of .08 to .15%
and .30 to .40%
• A passivated part is one that has been chemically treated to help reduce
its ability to react to exposure and corrode
• Stainless steel contains more than 11% chromium, resists corrosion,
maintains its strength at high temperatures, and is easily maintained
• Stainless steel is strong, durable, and corrosion resistant
• Slotted spring pins are hollow, cylindrical tube-style press fit
fasteners with chamfered ends that are lighter, cheaper, and easier to
install than solid pins
• Commonly used as locking devises, positioning points, anti-chafing
surfaces, shafts, or sleeves for wiring
