[R-390] Burr

As I was cleaning the gear-train for this R-390, I found that something was
causing a hard "bump" at a few points in the rotation of the KC gears. I
spent several hours looking for a cause and, yesterday afternoon, I finally
found it. There was a significant burr on the large brass gear (the one in
the center). It was a bit difficult to find because I wasn't sure which
gear(s) were causing this but, when I saw it, it was pretty obvious. It
almost appeared that a bit of something had become trapped between that
gear and one of the other gears and had pressed the burr rather far down in
the face of the tooth. It surprised me as to how hard of a "stop" that
would cause - particularly in one direction.

After I removed that burr and a couple of more on another smaller gear, all
is well and I can go back to general cleaning and lubricating it.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to find something like this but,
with so many moving gear teeth, it took me quite a while to find it and I
thought I'd mention it in case anyone else runs into a similar problem.

Thanks,
Barry - N4BUQ
