[R-390] Soldering/Desoldering Phenolic Terminals

Yes, I have a hand-held solder-sucker.  If I can get it in place well
enough, it does work.  I typically have better luck using solder braid
and some good flux but I don't want to continue heating the post in
order to use it.  I just really don't want to break that post.
