[R-390] Soldering/Desoldering Phenolic Terminals

I may be faced with desoldering and soldering to one of the U-shaped
solder posts that has a phenolic base. I remember having problems
with those in my R-390A/URRs where heat and just a little force could
all-too-easily break the phenolic support.

Any good hints on doing this without breakage? I think this one may
not be too difficult because it appears the component's leads are not
that tight on the posts and may slide off the ends of the posts
without too much "pull" once the solder melts.

I'm contemplating just using quigs but would prefer to make things a
bit neater without them if possible.

Thanks,
Barry - N4BUQ
