[R-390] Troubleshooting a dead R-390A

Tom,  Here's the info I found.  It starts at the end of page 9 by Roger
Ruszkowski (flowertime01) in this file:
http://www.r-390a.net/Pearls/dead_units.pdf and goes for 4 posts.  There's
a lot more 'dead unit' info in the y2kr3 tech ref and other parts of the
Pearls.  Some important info is what causes the various fuses to blow, like
shorts and bad caps and tubes.
