Hi Jim, If no one responds to you directly, there are ham clubs and
antique radio clubs in your area. You might try a google to see what you
can find.
And, as always, I'm sure someone on the list here could guide you through
diagnosis on it. There is a procedure written up on the R390 disk to
trouble shoot a 'dead unit', that I could find for you, if you're
interested.
